Badausstattung Meister GmbH is a Stuttgart-based bathroom product distributor supplying Germany's three largest DIY retail chains: OBI (647 stores), Hornbach (164 stores), and Bauhaus (270+ stores). They are one of the largest toilet seat distributors in Central Europe.
The Challenge
Supplying three major German DIY chains simultaneously requires massive production capacity, strict DIN quality standards, German-language packaging, and the ability to manage different private label requirements for each chain.
Our Solution
Jell Group dedicated a production line for the German DIY market. Three separate private label ranges were created: economy PP for Bauhaus, mid-range MDF for OBI, and premium MDF/UF for Hornbach. All products meet DIN 19516 standards with TUV certification.
