This eliminates the $5,000-$15,000 mold cost required for Duroplast/UF or PP toilet seats. Minimum order: 100 pieces per custom shape. Production time: 7-10 days from design approval.

Available shapes: D-shape, round, square, elongated, wrap-over, slim, and completely bespoke designs. CNC precision: ±0.5mm tolerance. Surface finishes: solid colors (any RAL/Pantone), UV lacquer, printed patterns, wood grain, marble effect. All custom shape seats include soft-close hinges and anti-bacterial coating as standard.
