The Wood Grain Difference

One of the most critical aspects of this project was achieving authentic wood-grain finishes on MDF. Our factory in Jingmen, Hubei Province uses advanced UV-coating technology that creates remarkably realistic wood textures. Each finish is developed through a multi-step process:

1. Base preparation: Premium MDF board is precision-cut using CNC machinery to achieve the angular shape
2. Primer application: Multiple coats of UV primer create a smooth, sealed surface
3. Wood-grain transfer: High-resolution wood patterns are applied using our proprietary transfer technology
4. UV topcoat: 3-4 layers of UV-cured clear coat provide scratch resistance and waterproofing
